Oracle Support Discontinuation

Apollo announced discontinuation of support for Oracle database. 

Apollo APACS version 3.9.7 will be the last version of APACS supporting Oracle databases. 

Apollo provides conversion tools to convert APACS databases from Oracle to MS SQL.  

APACS 3.9.8 will no longer support Oracle databases.

This change was made due to the popularity of MS SQL and limited demand for Oracle.
